Description
The 2024 Zevenwacht Chenin Blanc shows fresh aromas of apricot, green apple, and citrus lifted by light floral notes and subtle oak spice.
The palate is vibrant and juicy with a gentle creaminess that adds depth without losing brightness. A clean lime finish brings everything into focus. It pairs beautifully with roast chicken, seared scallops, or a simple citrus salad.

In the cellar
The wine was barrel fermented with a 4% concrete portion and occasional lees stirring was done for the first three months to fill out the mid palate. The final blend has 4% Concrete and 8% new French oak with the remainder being in seasoned barrels for 4 months.
