This refined blush Rose delights with aromas of ripe strawberry, juicy melon and citrus, complemented by hints of raspberry and green apple, all balanced by vibrant acidity that leaves you wanting more.
Harvested between mid-January and late March, our grapes were gently picked at optimal ripeness and cold fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh aromatics. Following fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for two months to enhance texture and complexity.
Grown in granite-rich soils under a cool Atlantic breeze, and managed with care by hand, this rosé reflects our passion for elegant, terroir-driven winemaking rooted in sustainability and precision.
