An elevated Stellenbosch red with perfumed power. Layers of vibrant red fruit, wild florals, and coastal spice come alive in this refined yet powerful Stellenbosch blend. Notes of hibiscus, violets, and fynbos salt breeze lead into plush waves of damson plum, cherry, and redcurrant. Silky tannins glide across the palate, with whispers of cinnamon, incense, and graphite lending depth and elegance. Sleek, structured, and impressively perfumed, this red is both energizing and age-worthy — a showcase of terroir and craftsmanship.
Crafted from six estate-grown varietals thriving on the sunlit Helderberg slopes, each grape was hand-harvested in the cool morning to preserve purity. Fermentation took place in open concrete tanks with gentle punchdowns and pump-overs to balance color, flavor, and tannin extraction. Select Shiraz lots were whole-bunch fermented for added complexity. After extended maceration, each variety matured separately in oak before blending.
