Crafted from old bush vines in the Swartland, the Cape of Good Hope Riebeeksrivier Chenin Blanc 2025 is a true expression of terroir. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus blossom, and subtle honey unfold into a layered palate of pear, quince, and fresh apple, lifted by a fine mineral edge. Gentle oak integration adds texture and complexity, creating a wine that is both vibrant and refined. Elegant, balanced, and age-worthy, it pairs beautifully with seafood, creamy poultry dishes, or seasonal salads.
Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes from old Swartland bush vines were gently whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented. Portions were matured in French oak and concrete eggs, adding texture and depth while preserving fresh fruit purity. Extended lees contact enhances complexity, resulting in a layered, mineral-driven wine with exceptional balance and age-worthy character.
